At Jala Werkstatt, we prioritize your satisfaction and aim to provide a transparent return and refund process. Below are the details of our policy:

Digital Keys

  • Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable: Digital keys cannot be returned or refunded once activated, except in cases of faults.
  • Faulty Keys: If a digital key is faulty, we will either replace it or issue a full refund after verification.

Lifetime Guarantee

  • We offer a 365-day guarantee for malfunctions or manufacturer-related damage. Contact us with details, and we will assist in resolving the issue.

Product Code Issues

  • If you experience problems with your product code, reach out to us with:
    • A detailed description of the issue.
    • Relevant screenshots for verification.
  • Please allow a few days for resolution as we coordinate with our suppliers.

Faulty Activation Codes

  • Verified faulty activation codes can be resolved with either:
    • A replacement code.
    • A full refund.
  • We ensure you receive a working product or your money back.

Non-Returnable Codes

  • Once a software code is delivered and activated, it cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Post-activation issues will be addressed to the best of our ability. For technical issues, contact the software manufacturer directly.

Order Cancellation

  • Fraudulent or Suspicious Orders: We reserve the right to cancel such orders and provide a full refund.
  • Customer-Initiated Cancellations: Contact us before the order is processed to request a cancellation. Note:
    • A small fee may apply, as charged by the payment provider.
    • We will help rectify ordering errors whenever possible.

Activated Codes

  • Once a code is delivered and activated, it cannot be canceled or refunded, as it becomes permanently linked to your account.

Personal Preference

  • Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction or personal preference after the code has been activated and linked to your account.

    Payment Card Refunds

    • For refunds unrelated to our error (e.g., general cancellations), Jala Werkstatt  will cover any payment provider cancellation fees.
