Price and Payment

  • Payment is due upon order acceptance and may be made via PayPal or other methods listed on the Service.
  • Prices are displayed in Euros, US Dollars, or any other currencies, depending on your location.
  • Refunds or re-credits will only be issued if an order cannot be fulfilled.

Returns and Refunds

Refunds are possible only in the following cases:

  • You have not received the product within five hours of payment.
  • The product is out of stock and unavailable within five hours.
  • There is an issue with the product (e.g., invalid or used code), and no replacement is available.

No Refunds: Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Bugs in softwares.
  • Incompatibility with system requirements.
  • User dissatisfaction or failure to read product descriptions.

Product Validity: Keys provided are original, and you will be the first and only user. If an issue arises, a replacement will be issued after verification, which may take up to 48 hours.

Errors

If an error is identified, we will notify you promptly and may suspend or cancel the transaction until resolved.

Fraud and Limitations

‘Jala Werkstatt’ employs anti-fraud measures and reserves the right to report fraudulent activity to relevant authorities. In cases of fraud:

  • Accounts will be disabled.
  • False details will void terms and delay orders.

Restrictions for New Customers:

  • Maximum of 3 orders within 45 days.
  • Maximum of 3 items per checkout.

Disclaimer

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, such as loss of data, profit, or reputation.

These terms ensure a fair and secure environment for all users. Please review them carefully before using the Service.

The only products that serve instant delivery are Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Office 2021 Home & Business. The other products will be delivered online manually per E-Mail.
